GROWS brings together social service and government agencies, businesses, religious organizations, eldercare professional and seniors for collaborative initiatives is addressing the needs of seniors.

Educates
GROWS provides education about the needs of seniors and their caregivers through a variety of forums, including general membership meetings, public events, political debates, newsletters and website updates and links.

Advocates
GROWS advocates on behalf of seniors and the people and organizations who care for them by building action coalitions, testifying at government hearings, publishing reports on pertinent issues and promoting policies that improve quality of life.

Facilitates
GROWS facilitates public awareness about vital services for seniors through a variety of structured and informal networking opportunities for service providers and caregivers as well as through publications and guides.

Senior Services Networking Meetings
A monthly meeting of providers of services to the elderly that fosters greater coordination and collaboration among services. The monthly programs for senior service providers include a networking continental breakfast and a topical presentation. Written announcements are distributed at each meeting. Most meetings are free and are held the first Thursday of January, February, March, April, May, September, and October, at 8:15-10:30 AM at the Holiday Park Senior Center.
